If you did not submit a ticket to the "Account Cancellations" department per the instructions in this topic, your PayPal subscription could still be active. If you believe that your subscription is still active (ie: you have been billed since you transferred to another host), please submit a cancellation request containing your domain name, CPanel username, CPanel password, and PayPal address. I will use this information to verify that your subscription has been canceled and issue a refund to your account, if applicable.
Customers on our remaining server do not need to complete the above steps. Thank you, Mike O'Neill |

Hi Mike,
I just tried to follow the link and I get an error 'License Error: Key file has expired'. Is there another way that I can file a cancellation of my account to claim the refund of the payment just taken? Thanks, FreeWill --------------------      |
